Meet Tumesha
I’m Tumesha, a yoga and wellness teacher with a deep passion for guiding women back to themselves through movement and mindfulness.
I’ve always approached movement with intention. I was first introduced to yoga in college and have explored many different practices since from pole fitness (which I once taught) to my current love for weight training and powerlifting. Each experience has shaped how I connect with my body and how I now guide others to do the same.
Though I’m new to teaching yoga, I lead from the heart and with lived experience. As a women’s health nurse practitioner, I’ve spent years supporting women through all stages of life, and my yoga practice is simply an extension of that purpose.
